Pro-Level Muscle Memory in 3 Simple Steps
Put it on + set your grip
Slide your hand in like a normal glove, then use the extra finger stall to help position the hands correctly for a more connected grip.
Ensure the glove fits snugly and comfortably, without feeling too tight.
Practice connection (slow reps first)
Make 10–20 slow practice swings focusing on keeping the hands “connected” the whole way back and through.
If the hands start separating, reset and repeat until it feels natural.
Hit balls + lock in the feel
Start with short shots (chips/pitches), then move to half swings, then full swings.
When the grip feels automatic, alternate: 5 swings with the glove, 5 swings without to transfer the habit to your normal play.

HOW IT WORKS
1. During your backswing, your hands naturally want to separate. Your brain compensates with an unconscious micro-regrip — costing you yards, accuracy, and consistency.
2. The 6th finger stall locks your lead thumb in position, physically preventing separation.
3. Hands stay connected from address to follow-through = square face + solid contact.

The extra finger stall guides your hands into a connected grip and helps keep them working together through the swing. Do a few slow practice swings, then alternate swings with and without the glove to lock in the feel.
