We will 100% make sure you are satisfied with your pawlyjoy artwork. 100% guaranteed you'll be happy. 

Most people click on this page because they are unsure how things will turn out. 

First, we will ask you to approve ALL artwork of your pet before we ship you the product.

Our refund policy is the same as nearly all companies that make custom products.  

Because these are one of a kind products with a picture of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you followed our photo guide but received an inadequate art render of your pet, we'll do what we can to make it right. 

Please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 14 days if you find that there is a problem with the printing process or quality of the item received.
